Travel back in Time with Televisión Española on MIPTV

Televisión Española will present its extensive audiovisual catalog at Cannes between April 13th -16 th . At this fifty-second edition of MIPTV, TVE will continue to exhibit the growing international success of its television contents and its international channels: TVE Internacional, celebrating now its Twenty-Fifth Anniversary; and the news channel, 24 Horas.

On this occasion, TVE will present two fictional series of unbeatable quality:

"The Department of Time”, a fictional production, within fantasy and adventure genre, which in each episode travels back in time to a specific period in History. Different journeys back in time undertaken by a special patrol unit, at "The Department of Time", which has a key mission: to prevent the past from changing. The main characters will also try to find out what happened to their beloved ones, even though this may mean breaking the rules set by the Department itself...

"Acacias 38" is a daily series that is set in a bourgeois building in the late nineteenth century located in a distinguished neighborhood. It tells the story of four wealthy families and their maids, all of them living in the same luxurious apartments’ building. This is a familiar, warm, bright and romantic fictional series where the main plots’ features are love, jealousy, passion, revenge and hatred. All of the ingredients for success!
