The Victoria Málaga microbrewery has reopened
The opening of a new factory is always good news, because it represents investment and employment opportunities . . . But in this case, there¿s also a sentimental element, because after more than 20 years Victoria is being manufactured in Malaga again.

"Malagueña and exquisite " has been its slogan since 1958. Founded in 1928, Victoria hasn¿t been manufactured in Malaga for over 20 years. It first closed in 1996. And for the past seven years it¿s been manufactured in Murcia. Now, Victoria has come home. A new microbrewery, updated to 21st century standards, that¿s dazzling due to its full-view design that allows onlookers to witness the brewing process.
The new brewing company has meant an investment of 6 million euros, which will increase to 15 million euros over the next year. Victoria opened its doors with 40 new job availabilities. They've already begun with the production of 300 thousand litres of beer and expect to reach 3 million within the year.
