Tenerife has returned to training after nine days of rest. This week Martí has prepared a "mini pre-season".
On the move again after the break. Tenerife has returned to training after nine days of holidays. Lozano and Edu Oriol, recovered from their respective injuries, train with the group. But Aitor Sanz and Dani Hernández, who were withdrawn with injuries in the match against Alcorcón, remain on the sidelines. Marc Crosas has not returned to the island, because he plays today with the Catalonia national team.
Martí has scheduled a "mini pre-season" until the next Saturday, the last day of the year. The staff will have 1 of January off. The following day he will start to prepare the first official match of 2017; that meeting will be on Sunday 8th, against Nástic, in Tarragona. Before, on Wednesday 4th, they will play a friendly against Raqui San Isidro, from the Preferential Category, at the Municipal Field, La Palmera.
Tenerife trains today in a double session. This morning¿s training lasted sixty minutes, and was centred around physical preparation.
