The Canarian sky gives us the eclipse
The haze gave in to the eclipse. The Canary Islands were one of the few parts of the country where the astronomical phenomenon could be observed and the sky did not disappoint. The partial eclipse took place during the evening where the moon covered part of the sun, and could be observed in the west of all the islands.

Here, the eclipse was partial, approximately 30 percent. In the evening, the moon came between the earth and the sun for a magical moment. Around 100 people came to the Teide Observatory in Tenerife to witness the eclipse. The haze and clouds dispersed and the eclipse could be seen without using special glasses or filters, in these cases, haze facilitates observation. Viewpoints facing west and beaches turned into ideal places for watching the eclipse. You¿ll have to wait 90 years to enjoy it again.
