The Palmitos Park dolphinarium, located inside the protected area of the Pilancones Nature Park in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, is illegal. These are the findings of the Administrative Chamber of the Canary Islands Supreme Court of Justice, leading the chamber to rescind the legalisation project approved by the regional Government¿s Department of Public Works.
