Ibercaja reduces the number of office closures to 20 in its Collective Dismissal Proceedings, and layoffs in Extremadura to 116
The Worker's Commissions, CSsica and ACI trade unions have sped up proceedings by accepting Ibercaja¿s latest ERE proposal , which reduces the number of office closures in Extremadura from 32 to 20 and goes from 145 to 116 voluntary redundancies, while UGT refuses the agreement, taking the view that the bank's profits do not justify the proceedings.
ERE IBERCAJA
Redacción Extremadura
An agreement in principle for Ibercaja's Collective Dismissal Proceedings, after the Worker's Commissions, Csica and ACI accepted Ibercaja's latest offer in the last few hours during negotiations, which UGT rejected due to the bank's profiting from the deal and the geographic mobility requirements on the part of the workers. In Extremadura, 20 offices will close and 116 workers will be dismissed.
