Holy Week
Palm Sunday in Andalusia with sun and a lot of passion
Andalusia goes to the street on a sunny Palm Sunday, giving way to a Holy Week full of processional floats, thrones and passion. Andalusians and tourists are going to enjoy the week of brotherhood that opened with processions by the confraternities La Paz and La Estrella in Seville and La Borriquita in Granada.

At 12:44 Palm Sunday began in Seville. La Paz started its first station of penitence, and Álex Ortiz sang the first hymn dedicated to the Virgin and the Sevillian summer.
A spring that won't get to Triana until the confraternity La Estrella sets off. With that walk to the bank of the Guadalquivir River the neighbourhood took to the streets to experience one of the great days of their lives.
Palm Sunday in Grenada is synonymous with La Borriquita. A sunny beginning to Holy Week which continues until Easter Monday.
