Entre 1959 y 1965, el saxofonista Paul Desmond (el autor del célebre 'Take six') y el guitarrista Jim Hall grabaron una serie de discos en cuarteto. Los escuchamos en 'East of the sun', 'For all we know', 'I get a kick out of you', 'Time after time', 'You go to my head', 'Out of nowhere', 'Polka dot and moonbeams', 'Alone together' y 'Bossa antigua'.
