Frank Smith talks to Giancarlo Ibárgüen, president of the Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala. The university was set up 30 years ago when Guatemala, one of the poorest countries in Latin America, was in the throes of a bitter civil war in which more than 200,000 people were killed or disappeared.
