Department of Education to schedule another round of tests for interim teachers

The Board of Extremadura and the education trade unions are set to sign an agreement next week, announcing vacancies for teaching staff in around 20 specialities for the next academic year.

The Department of Education will organise tests to cover interim teacher vacancies within the interim scheme for the next academic year. The vacancies will cover 20 specialities, for which the regular lists of aspiring teachers are already full and which coincide with those proposed for public examinations this year, but that have been paralysed by the central government.
