Los canadienses Dallas Good (The Sadies), y Richard Reed Parry (Arcade Fire), formaron un proyecto en 2009 llamado The Watchtowers. Las grabaciones para un primer disco tardaron una década en llegar pero el plan quedó truncado con la muerte de Dallas en 2022. Ese disco sale por fin a la luz con Yep Roc Records; “Were the Watchtowers”, un álbum muy emocional, de envolturas psicodélicas y atmósferas cósmicas, con canciones que parecen traídas del más allá.
