The Police begin a new search for Marta del Castillo in Camas, Seville
The National Police have begun a new search for Marta del Castillo, in Camas, Seville. They are now searching an estate where they had not looked for the body of the young Sevillian girl until now. It seems this could be the place where the brother of the confessed murderer, Miguel Carcaño, practised shooting for his work as a professional security guard.

This work is being carried out at the initiative of the police, and has involved the use of an excavator, coming just months after divers concluded their search of the Guadalquivir river without results.
The Homicide Squad of the National Police has led the investigation and explained that this "change in direction", is "common" in police dynamics regarding cases that are prolonged so much over time, and is due to "new" officers taking charge of the investigation "to provide a new vision, other data and another perspective".
The search will be carried out all day this Tuesday and could possibly last several more days.
