"Everyone¿s success": The exhibition that pays homage to EXPO `92
Until 12 October of this year, the Navigation Pavilion of Seville will be hosting a major commemorative exhibition of the 25th anniversary of Expo `92 of Seville, with artefacts, audio-visual components and original scale models that "bring back to life" that great universal gathering
25 years ago, Seville became capital of the world with Expo `92... 112 participating countries, 15 million visitors. Today, a quarter of a century later, the Andalusian capital commemorates the 25th anniversary of that great universal gathering with a detailed programme of events, whose hub is the large exhibition which will be inaugurated in the Navigation Pavilion, enclosed within the Carthusian Monastery, and which will be open until 12 October, just like Expo `92.
¿Everyone¿s success, from dream to reality" is the title of this exhibition, which brings a wide collection of original artefacts together... From the street lamps and street furniture to the original scale models of the pavilions as well as the only two units of the gondola lift that are still in tact... There is no shortage of curiosities, like the participation contracts of the then two Germanies or the popular mascot, Curro, who has his own stand.
