The parents of three children of Badajoz are protesting to the Provincial Court over their transfer to a youth detention centre in Villanueva de la Serena.
The Board of Extremadura, which is the legal guardian of the children, claims that the transfer is "for their own good" and at the recommendation of the Juvenile Court. The mother has alleged that her son was sexually abused by other minors.
