Improving the 'Cáceres el Viejo' Roman deposit has cost 300,000 euros
With the investment, the Board of Extremadura aims to stress the value of this military camp, which dates back to the year 78 BC, is the site from which the city of Caceres originated, and measures 23 hectares to house two legions with twelve soldiers each.

Improvement works in the 'Cáceres el Viejo' Roman deposit, with the restoration of the vestiges and the construction of two metallic rusty steel structures that recreate part of the wall and an entrance door have cost 300,000 euros, under the Board of Extremadura's project to recover this enclave.
