Companies from Extremadura defend sector regulation on World Theatre Day
Throughout the week, 2.000 secondary students from all over Extremadura will attend four plays at the Gran Teatro de Cáceres Theatre. The actors will also be secondary school students.

The World Theatre Day manifest, which was read at the Advanced School of Dramatic Arts of Extremadura, defends the profession and invites young actors to reinvent the performing arts, a sector that over 50 professional companies from Extremadura belong to.
The Regional Government of Extremadura has proposed regulating the sector and is drafting what will be the first Theatre Law to be passed in Spain.
