Consumer protection from the ground clauses has been the focus of the debate in the conferences held in Cáceres. Adicae defended collective legal action as a guarantee for defending the rights of consumers and the best option to avoid collapse in the courts.
The president of the Extremaduran Council of Consumers proposes a norm to protect consumers at a time when there is an increasing amount of purchases being made outside of the European Union. The norm is also backed by president Fernández Vara at this time when there are constant new ways of purchasing online.
