Sinopsis
Carlos del Amor stands before the Passion façade—austere, skeletal, almost violent in its expression—to tell the other story of the Sagrada Família: that of a church born on the outskirts of an industrial Barcelona that has survived wars, dictatorship, democracy and a pandemic, all whilst its towers have continued to rise.
Through three interactive episodes—Nativity, Passion and Glory— the special programme “Sagrada Familia: 100 Years After Gaudí” reveals the secrets of a building that has been under construction for over 140 years. The Sagrada Família has survived wars and pandemics and has become the tallest Catholic church in the world.
