Spanish Local and Regional Elections

On Sunday Spaniards voted in 13 regions and over 8,100 towns.  With the results in, the political map of Spain is about to change.  In many cities around the country the governing Popular Party has lost its absolute majority and may even be relegated to the opposition as new formations backed by Podemos stand ready to form coalition governments with other left-leaning parties.  Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia are just three of the cities in which voters have demanded change.
