The 'Feval Case' awaits final judgement

The prosecutor lowered the plea to a maximum penalty of 17.5 years in prison during the final statement, and after the declaration of expert witnesses, in which the Money Laundering Unit of the Civil Guard increased the amount of money missing to €200,000.

The 'Feval Case' for supposed financial irregularities in the management of the Extremadura Fair Institution still awaits judgement, after the declaration of expert witnesses, with the plea reduced to a maximum penalty of 17.5 years in prison.

The Money Laundering Unit of the Civil Guard raised the amount of money missing to €200,000, while the Treasury Inspector states that the offers were "unlawfully divided" and "all three for the same recipient were identical".
