The "Paseo de la Ilusión", an act of solidarity by taxi drivers in Córdoba
Taxi drivers in Córdoba completed the "Paseo de la Ilusión" for yet another year last night, making the grand total 13 years. The taxi professionals selflessly offered to take elderly people from residences around the city to see the Christmas lights and the atmosphere.

It was a party in itself. 300 elderly people in Córdoba had a special Tuesday this week. They left their homes to see the Christmas lights, and enjoy the street atmosphere that many miss.
The initiative has already been brought to other cities In total, 83 taxis participated this year and even more features were added to the event. All participants received a gift in the form of Christmas products and enjoyed a live performance of Christmas carols while driving through the Bulevar del Gran Capitán. It was a very special day for them all. They may be elderly, but they enjoyed it as if they were children.
