Santa Claus comes loaded this year with more than 31 thousand contracts for Canarias, according to estimates by temporary agency Adecco. Retail will account for most of these new jobs, although there will be significant increases in jobs associated with logistics, due to booming online sales. Moreover, the season has been extended and - thanks to the economic boom - such contracts are increasingly a prelude to permanent contracts.
