"Linda Española", a new album from Calle Botica

The song "Linda Española", whose lyrics were brought from Cuba by the singer Guillermo Grande, lends its name to the new album from Calle Botica. The group from Huelva will release it tomorrow, Friday, in Punta Umbría. Without the support of a record company, the independent band carries on thanks to the support of social networks.

The group is made up of Guille, Álvaro and Juan, friends and guitar enthusiasts. They sang for their love of the art, until the owner of a bar asked them to perform at his venue. For an independent group without the support of a record company, success has not come easily. Ten years later, and thanks to microfinancing, they are about to release their second album.

The song Linda Española, written in Cuba, lends its name to the album. Flamenco with Latin rhythms and a lot of interaction with the crowd. And the crowds have already accepted them: they have just finished a tour through Paris and the Arab region, having already scheduled two hundred performances for this year. As they say, the secret lies in believing in what we do.
