Juana's lawyer has declared that they will use all possibilities so that the mother can stay with her children. Yesterday, Court of First Instance no. 3 of Granada issued a ruling ordering the minors be returned to their residence in Italy after the mother did not comply with an order to return them within the established deadline. An appeal for reversal can be filed against the ruling at the same Court.
