2.4 million euros in subsidies to improve the quality of tourism in Extremadura
The Official Journal of Extremadura today published a call for applicants for subsidies to update hotels, restaurants, rural tourism and health resorts, encouraging modernisation and new technologies.

The Board has announced subsidies worth 2.4 million euros to improve and modernise hotels. The order has already been published in the Official Journal of the region, and has been presented to businesses in the sector, after two years without subsidies.
The grants are intended for investment to improve the quality of every type of establishment and will cover up to 50% of costs, to a maximum of 60,000 euros.
