David Quijada and Daniel Canelo, from the Escudería Plasencia team, win the 32nd Rallye North of Extremadura
The rain, wind and snow affected the drivers and marked a rally with spectacular stages, including the Valdastillas and Cerezo en Flor stages.

The driver from Riolobos, David Quijada, and his co-pilot Daniel Canelo won the 32nd edition of the Rallye North of Extremadura, with a more consistent race than that of Alberto Castellano and Martín Lumbreras, from Madrid. Twenty-one of the 40 participating vehicles were not able to record times in some sections or were forced to give up the rally due to different mechanical problems.
Quijada and Canelo won this rally for the first time, with the greatest consistency on the eight timed sections, 98 kilometres in total, in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.
