The 21st International Folklore Festival of Ingenio is much more than music. The participating groups have put their instruments aside for a few hours to tend to the stoves. One example is the Moroccan folk band, which prepared traditional couscous. Another is the band from Minnesota, whose favourite dessert is the Apple Crisp.
