Iveta Mukuchyan fue una de las primeras artistas confirmadas de Eurovisión 2016. Nada menos que el pasado mes de octubre la televisión pública armenia anunció que ella sería su próxima representante en el Festival. Nacida en 1986, Iveta es cantante, compositora, actriz y modelo. A los cinco años se mudó con su familia a Alemania, donde se ha criado. Veinte años después regresó a Armenia para completar sus estudios de jazz. Y es en su regreso a Armenia cuando comienza su carrera musical profesional, donde participó en el talent show Idol en el año 2010. En 2012 también participó en la versión alemana de The Voice. Ahora llega a Eurovisión con "LoveWave", un tema que define como "una opción arriesgada porque se escapa de los estándres de Eurovisión y suena totalmente diferente".
