Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy was sworn in by King Felipe VI on Monday morning and promised to name his new cabinet on Thursday, bringing a definitive end to more than ten months without a government in Spain.  The Prime Minister, operating from a minority government faces many challenges, as does the splintered opposition, starting with the fraught Socialist party.
