The multi-talented Amelia Ray

Justin Coe welcomes back to our studios the talented singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Amelia Ray.  Amelia, who has lived in a number of different European countries, including Spain, but who is now settled back in her hometown of San Francisco, was on a visit to Madrid.  Among other things, we hear and she talks about a political protest song she wrote and recorded in Spanish a few years ago taking to task Madrid's then-mayor, Ana Botella.  And fortunately, one of Amelia's many friends here lent her the guitar which she plays when she treats us to a couple of her songs performed live in our studio.  Her website, at this writing temporarily under re-construction, can be visited at:  www.ameliaray.net/
