The Death of Federico García Lorca

Eighty years ago, insurgent forces sought to overthrow the democratically elected Spanish government, prompting what became the Civil War.  Just weeks after the initial revolt and with the city of Granada under rebel forces, one of Spain's most acclaimed poets and playwrites, Federico García Lorca was killed, shot dead along with three other men and thrown into a mass grave.  His remains have yet to be found.
