'Spanish News': review of the week

Today's program looks at ítems of interest in the Spanish news this week.  Acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy will be talking with other political leaders in order to form a government, though it is far from clear he has the support his party needs.  Brussels has decided not to impose a fine on Spain and Portugal for failing to meet their  deficit targets. And, unemployment continues to drop in Spain, which still has the second highest jobless rate in the EU after Greece.  Those stories and more.
