Voters in Spain went to the polls on Sunday a second time in just over six months after the December 20th elections resulted in a hung parliament.  There were few changes this time around, and while Spanish politiicians promised there'd be no third vote, it's hard to imagine a coalition accord being reached and announced.  Behind closed door there are sure to be deals.  For now, the governing Popular Party remains the strongest political force with 33 percent of the vote.
