Frank Smith talks to the Marquis of Tamaron, former Spanish Ambassador to the Court of St James in London and former director of the Cervantes Institute, a cultural institution whose main task it is to promote Spanish language and culture around the world. Santiago de Mora-Figueroa y Williams, the ninth Marquis of Tamaron, is now a member of the High Commission of "Marca España"--an office set up by the Foreign Ministry to promote the image of Spain at home and abroad.
