Spaniards return to the polling stations on June 26 after parties fail to put together a new government following the December 20th, inconclusive general elections.  The European Commission announces a controversial plan to make those EU members who do not comply with the accorded quotas on refugee admission pay a 250 thousand euro fine.  And Spain is the chosen holiday destination for two thousand five hundred workers at a Chinese company that is rewarding them with an all-expenses paid trip.
