A New Political Horizon for Barcelona - Part II

 Today, Alison Hughes continues the conversation with Barcelona-based sociologist Carlos Delclós.  The May 24th municipal elections have brought a change to politics as usual in Spain and nowhere is that more evident than in the Catalan capital Barcelona.  A citizens' platform, Barcelona en Comú, headed by activist Ada Colau, won the municipal vote.  Carlos Delclós outlines a few of the propositions on the formation's program and what they could mean for the city.
