High Commissioner for Human Rights

The UN High Commissioner, Reid Ra'ad al Hussein delivered his Human Rights up-date to the Human Rights Council, beginning with his "reflections" on the role the governments represented on the Council play in perpetuating a series of deplorable situations in Myanmar, Yemen, the Palestinian occupied terrorities, and Libya. Today's program includes his summaries on some of those human rights violators as well as the United States and the European Unión.
