Aute: fifty years of music

Luis Eduardo Aute - painter, film-maker, composer, and writer is probably best known for the songs he's written and sung, no fewer than four hundred and fifteen over the past fifty years. Aute's songs have accompanied several generations of Spaniards, through the final spasms of the dictatorship, into Madrid´s so called "Movida" and beyond. With excerpts from an interview with Radio Nacional, and songs from five decades, we celebrate Aute's long and productive career.
