Animal Rights and A Dog's Life

Today's program features reports on animal rights, the adventures of a privileged Madrid dog and the plight of the galgos or greyhounds.  We also look to the Basque city of San Sebastian where after a two year ban, bullfighting has been reinstituted. To celebrate the fiesta, former King Juan Carlos and the Infanta Elena with two of her children made their first appearance at the San Sebastian bullring.  And, we report a couple of the first fines handed down since Spain's Citizens' Safety Law, also known as the Gag Law, went into effect on July first.
