English language broadcast - 21/11/14

 In today's program we report on the death of Spain's wealthiest aristocrats, the Duchess of Alba, at the age of 88.  Long the favorite of gossip magazines and talk-television shows, Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart spoke with REE's English Language service thirty years ago, in a brief interview we rebroadcast today.  We also report on the Spanish Parliament's recognition of Palestine as a means of promoting the resumption of the long-stalled Middle East Peace Talks.
