After the news comes "In & Around Spain," featuring the music of the Travellin' Brothers Big Band, from the Basque city of Bilbao. Their new live double album (CD and DVD) is called "Captured Live" and was released this past January by the Basque record label Gaztelupeko Hotsak. In "Listeners Corner" Alison Hughes is joined by Frank Smith in answering yours cards, letters, and e-mails. Then, in "Rocking Spain," Mario Borrego presents the brand new album of the veteran Spanish hard-rock group, Barricada. The album, called "Flechas cardinales" (perhaps roughly translated as "cardinal arrows," or "arrows of the compass"), was officially released today.
