English language broadcast - 10/01/15

 Universally condemned, the murders of twelve people, among them journalists at the satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo, in Paris earlier this week have resulted not only in massive police deployments but also critical reflection on the origins of Jihadist terrorism in Europe and its repercussions on public policy.  Today's program includes a variety of views on the Paris attacks, the hypocrisy of the West's defense of the "freedom of expression" and the role of religious identification in society.
