In this week's "North By Southwest" Nicolas Jackson visits a retrospective exhibition of the work of internationally acclaimed Spanish cartoonist Max at the Cervantes Institute in Madrid and also talks to UK cartoonist Posy Simmonds, of The Guardian and Tamara Drewe fame.
