The CAAC receives record numbers of visitors and builds on its collection

The Andalusian Centre of Contemporary Art (CAAC) in Seville has broken its record of two hundred thousand visitors, and has added more than 150 works by national and international artists to its collection. An increase in its collection that has been possible thanks to important donations such as the ones by Pérez Villalta, who has left his entire estate, or the 42 works received recently from the Sevillian painter Gerardo Delgado.

The Andalusian Centre of Contemporary Art in Seville breaks its record of two hundred thousand visitors and increases its collection with more than 150 works by national and international artists. An increase in its collection that has been possible thanks to important donations such as the ones by Pérez Villalta, who has left his entire estate, or the 42 works received recently from the Sevillian painter Gerardo Delgado, is the balance sheet presented today by the Department of Culture and management of the centre itself.

A positive balance sheet with which to bring 2017 to a close, at one of Spain¿s most thriving centres of contemporary art. One to which must be added the affiliation of the Centre for Contemporary Creation of Andalusia, the C3A, located in Córdoba.
