Naviera Armas becomes Spain¿s leading shipping company
After reaching an agreement with Acciona to acquire Trasmediterránea, Naviera Armas will become the largest Spanish company in number of ro-ro passenger ships and one of the leading maritime companies in Europe.

Following a year of negotiations, one of the most important operations in recent times has been finalised, that is, the purchase of 93 percent of Acciona-Trasmediterránea by Armas, turning the Canarian shipping company into the largest in Spain and one of the leading maritime companies in Europe. The operation will be finalised in mid-2018.
