A 4-year-old child is in a critical state and his 6 year-old brother, in a very serious state, after an accident this morning in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It happened at a pedestrian crossing, in front of the boys¿ school. The 28-year-old driver, tested positive for drugs and has already been in court, accused of a crime relating to reckless driving.
