Víctor Jerez, "painter of sports persons"
Víctor Jerez is a dock worker and native of Algeciras who dedicates his free time to painting "live". The technique has earned him recognition, and as a result many of his clients refer to him as "the painter of sports persons".

Although a dock worker by occupation, 18 years ago Víctor Jerez discovered that he had a hidden talent for painting. He honed his sketching as well as watercolour and acrylic painting technique in the family garage, which has been converted into a studio, by painting portraits of his film, music and sporting idols. It was in this area that he was to get his big break: painting top athletes live at major events such as the Sotogrande polo championship or the Madrid Open tennis tournament.
Thanks to his art and his skilfulness, he is increasingly well known, which takes him to more and more events, securing him commissions that have forced him to devote all his free time to painting. Brush stroke by brush stroke, tournament by tournament, the Algeciras native Víctor Jerez¿ dream of becoming "the painter of sports persons¿ is becoming a reality.
