Pepe has just taken early retirement from the bank where he used to work. He is eager to invest the money in an apartment on the coast and a ship, but his dream comes to an end when his wife, Nati, takes the money to buy a place and set up her own hairdressing salon. Nati will finally see her lifelong dream come true and Pepe his worst nightmare. Now that he has unwittingly become the manager of the salon, he will do his best to get his money back by skimping on the new business.

Meanwhile, the dynamic between Nati and her best friend, Marga, changes drastically as they go from being colleagues to boss and employee.
