Pact broken in Lanzarote
PSOE breaks its pact with Coalición Canaria and Pil, leaving the government of the Island Council of Lanzarote. The party¿s 5 council members have already resigned from their duties.

Spanish Socialist Party PSOE has left the government held with CC and PIL in the Island Council of Lanzarote because the institution, they say, it is going adrift. They claim two reasons: the legal situation of council president Pedro San Ginés and management of the strike that workers at the tourist centres on the island have maintained for two weeks.
