Sevilla's in search for its last signups

Following Bologna's refusal to sell Masina, Sevilla focuses on recruiting Galatarasay's winger, Lionel Carole, while considering the option of signing a new striker.

When the deal was reached with Masina, or so it seemed, Bologna turned the tables by demanding more money to let the winger go, making Sevilla take a step back. Things automatically changed, and during yesterday afternoon-evening, Lionel Carole's signing was on track - the French winger from the Turkish team, Galatasaray.

The only thing pending to finalise the agreement is to see whether the transfer includes the option of a compulsory purchase for around 4 million. The 26-year-old Carole has given his best performance in the Turkish League, playing as a winger and central. It could be the reinforcement that Berizzo needs as a substitute for Escudero, who can't leave everything to chance.

A few hours after the closing of the market, the club is still searching for a striker and possibly a midfielder, while waiting for the arrival of N'Zonzi, in the hope to find a club with the 40 million of the rescinding clause, which would raise the offer by the young Norwegian from Genk, Sander Berge.
